The New York Times recently published a twenty page memo sent from Trump's attorneys to the DOJ in response to Mueller investigation.
Trump's attorneys sent a 20-page memo to special counsel, Robert Mueller, which outlined the powers and responsibilities of the presidential office as part of his response, and answered questions that are part of Mueller's official investigation. These are powers and responsibilities, which are given to any person who is elected to the office of President of the United States of America, including Donald Trump since the founding of our nation.
The Department of Justice then illegally leaked the information in this 20 page memo to The New York Times. This has been an ongoing problem with what has come to be known as the "deep state", a name given to members of government who seem to be working against the will of the people who elected this President, even to the extent of performing illegal activities.

Donald Trump responded on twitter asserting correctly that this investigation is being made by obviously corrupt individuals who seem to have no accountability for the crimes they are committing.
The letter addressed Mueller's inquiry as whether the president obstructed justice with this statement.
They wrote: “It remains our position that the President’s actions here, by virtue of his position as the chief law enforcement officer, could neither constitutionally nor legally constitute obstruction because that would amount to him obstructing himself, and that he could, if he wished, terminate the inquiry, or even exercise his power to pardon if he so desired.”
The power of presidentially pardoning, exercised recently in the case of Dinesh D'Souza, forgives all crimes that may have been committed by a person in the past. The U.S. Constitution grants a president the power to pardon anyone of a federal crime. An individual, courts have ruled, does not have to be charged or convicted to receive a presidential pardon.
The president “shall have the Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment,” according to Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution.
Mr Trump’s lawyers rejected Mr Mueller’s request for an interview, saying they have already handed over documents and allowed others to talk to his team.
“We are reminded of our duty to protect the president and his office,” wrote Trump's attorneys. They also said: “The records and testimony we have, pursuant to the President’s directive, already voluntarily provided to your office allow you to delve into the conversations and actions that occurred in a significant and exhaustive manner, including but not limited to the testimony of the President’s interlocutors themselves. In light of these voluntary offerings, your office clearly lacks the requisite need to personally interview the President.”
Over the coming months a battle is likely to play out as Mr Mueller weighs up whether to force Mr Trump by a subpoena to give testimony.
Rudy Giuliani, the former New York mayor who joined Mr Trump’s legal team in April, has suggested such a move would be unconstitutional.
He has also said that Mr Mueller hopes to end the obstruction of justice part of his investigation by September - just three months away.
It is unclear whether the memo dated January 29 2018, which was published in full on the New York Times’s website, reflects the thinking of Trump's legal team today.
Left wing extremists have been spewing constant hatred for President Donald Trump and for all of those patriotic Americans who dared to vote for him. Samantha Bee is one of the worse offenders and she has been signed for two more years.
